I enjoy baking at the weekend. It's just a problem that I am a single and I could not eat my cakes or cookies all alone. But often comes a friend along for a cup of tea and last sunday we enjoyed this oatmealcookiesThey are simple to make and delicious, but the havy type of cookies.

Required time: prep.: 25 min., chilling: 1 hour , baking time: 12-15 min.
Ingredients (yield: ~30 pieces):

1 TS bakingflour
1/2 TS bakingsoda
1/2 Ts salt
150g brown sugar
175g softened unsalted butter
2 eggs

100g oatmeals (the fine type)
100g kerning oatmeals
100g raisins
confectioner's sugar
1. Mix flour, bakingflour, bakingsoda and salt in a bowl. In a second bowl beat soft butter and sugar until light and creamy, then add eggs, oats and raisins. Make a 30 cm long role of the dough and chill it for 1 our in the refrigeator.
2. Preheat oven til 200°C. Cut the dough in 1 cm thick slices and turn them in confectioner's sugar . Place on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper) and bake it for 12-15 minutes.
